The 'vino de paraje' 2023 Finca Luna Beberide was produced with Mencía from their Valdetruchas estate in Villafranca del Bierzo on clay and slate soils. It fermented in stainless steel and matured in 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels for eight months. It has a varietal profile with wild berries and herbs, with a quite floral and perfumed nose. It displays contained ripeness and 13.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.76 and 5.33 grams of acidity. This should be the wine that showcases the project and their main property, a wine from the different plots. In the long term, it should also represent the largest volume as they reduce the quantity of varietal wine and increase this one. 50,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2025.
