Taittingers Topcuvée aus dem kühleren, großen Chardonnay-Jahr 2014 kommt mit gewohnter Reichhaltigkeit und geschmeidigen Üppigkeit dieser Prestige Cuvée, aber eben mit dem Frische-Turbo eines etwas kühleren Jahres. Sehr saftig mit Grapefruit und Orangenzeste, Mandarine, gegrillte Ananas, Reneclaude, zerstoßener Kalkstein, Crème und Hefeteig, auch eine feine Meeresbrise darunter. Komplex, kraftvoll und tief, aber mit viel energetischem Schub in 2014. Ein monumentale Comtes, die sich erst in ein paar Jahren so richtig entfalten wird, aber dann geht die Post ab mit diesem Blockbuster.
