Concentrated and texturally complex, this imposing dry Riesling makes a bold statement. Full Mirabelle plum fruit with a touch of liquorice Pithy tannins at the compact, dry finish.

The 2025 Riesling Ayler Kupp Unterstenberg No. 12 is picked where the soils are deeper at the foot of the Kupp. Slight smoke and a smidge of waxiness on the nose lead to a supple palate that oozes tender juiciness of apple, citrus and pale stone fruit. This strikes such a tender harmony and represents such unity, with an edge of zestiness. This just slots into place and comes with lovely texture. (Dry)
