Drawn from the property's lower-elevation vines, the 2023 Inseparable is an impressive rendition of a challenging vintage and, in microcosm, embodies the grace and definition that always define Per Se's wines. A strikingly pure, minimalist bouquet of red fruits, purple flowers and wet stones introduces a silky, vibrant mouthfeel with notable grace and seamlessness, culminating in a similarly refined finish that lingers with shimmering acidity. As ever, it was fully destemmed and fermented entirely in small concrete vats, where it matured for 12 months.
