Enoteca Brut Nature Corpinnat
The 2013 Enoteca Brut Nature was produced with 65% Xarel.lo and 35% Macabeo from a wet year with higher yields. They compare 2013 with 2009 and 2019, years with lots of balance, not too concentrated, not too diluted, great vintages with freshness, like in Priorat. The wine was disgorged one year ago, which always contributes to the elegance, subtleness and nuance. This refermented in a bottle closed with a natural cork, then it matured in those bottles with the lees for 144 months. It's a very complete vintage. The wine is released with some time after the disgorgement, a nice detail and to me a plus. The wine is still fresh and has room for development. 2,000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in February 2025.
