Anza CDVIN Garnacha
The palest and most delicate of the reds was the 2024 Anza CDVIN, which wants to express the character of Garnacha in the Alto Najerilla Valley, fresh and with identity. It was produced with a mixture of grapes from Tejares in Cordovín and Pornadilla in Badarán, both from old vines, from a rainy year (681 liters). The grapes were harvested quickly from the 19th of September, with low yields. It fermented destemmed in plastic bins with indigenous yeasts and matured in two 500-liter barrels. It has only 13% alcohol, with an ethereal quality, and it's perfumed and elegant, fine-boned and subtle. It gets more and more floral with time in the glass, going back to the style of the 2021. Stunning! 1,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2025.
