Das ist ein richtig fetter Brummer, der direkte Nachbar von Tour Saint Chrisophe. Schwarze Frucht in Hülle und Fülle, dazu geniale Frische wie aus roter Frucht. Cassis und Maulbeere mit roter Johannisbeere und Sauerkirsche. Fett und frisch zugleich, ziemlich perfekt.

Deep garnet‑purple in color, the 2023 Barde Haut waltzes out with flamboyant notes of black cherries and juicy black plums, opening out to a core of clove oil, dark chocolate, mint tea, and violets. The medium‑ to full‑bodied palate reveals wonderfully bright, shimmery fruit with amazing tension and very fine‑grained tannins, finishing long and perfumed. Stunning! The blend is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, with pH 3.40.
