Champagne Réserve Perpétuelle Brut Nature
The NV Champagne Reserve Perpetuelle Brut Nature is from the estate's perpetual reserve, started in 2017, and is entirely composed of old-vine Pinot Noir grown on sandy soil. It's layered and compelling on opening, with ripe red berries, refreshing bitter citrus, toasted bread, and floral perfume. It fills the palate with a rounded, pillowy mousse and a silky stone texture that lasts on the finish, with outstanding clarity and precision. It was fermented and aged in a combination of demi-muids and amphorae, then blended in a single large foudre. The most recent vintage is added directly into the foudre, where it spends a full year before bottling. Drink 2025-2035.
