Lobenberg: Ein Single-Vineyard-Pinot aus Reben, die 1932 gepflanzt wurden. Biodynamische Bewirtschaftung, Ausbau über 24 Monate in 50% neuem Holz und 50% gebrauchter französischer Eiche. Der Potenzialwein bei Chacra, der reifen muss. Lehmige Böden und kühles Klima. Wunderbare reife Erdbeere, auch etwas Paprikapulver, dann Erdbeere. Am Gaumen mineralisch, straff und mit viel Zug am Gaumen. Die Tannine sind weich und im Hintergrund liegend. Hier hat man eine schöne Balance aus knackiger Frucht und auch etwas reifer, getrockneter Frucht in Form von Kirsche und Hagebutte. Der Wein hat so viel Potenzial und Eigenständigkeit, dass man den Vergleich mit dem Burgund gar nicht anstellen muss. Großartig! 98-99/100

The aromas of this red are rather endless, with rose petals, rose stems, strawberries, sliced oranges, crabapples and hints of white pepper and peaches. Medium-bodied with depth of fruit. intensity and crushed stone flavors. Linear, racy and vibrant, with brightness and energetic length. From vineyards planted in 1932. 11.2% alcohol. Drink or hold.

-- Parker: Originating from vines planted in 1932 on silt-rich soils with sand and a small amount of clay, the 2024 Treinta y Dos is the densest, deepest and most powerful expression of Chacra, offering a beautiful counterpoint to the lighter and more ethereal Cincuenta y Cinco bottling. On the nose, it retains the fragrant floral quality that permeates the range, enhanced by a layer of dark-fruited, savory undertones that lead to a round, elegantly concentrated palate. It concludes with a similarly powerful, punchy finish lifted by ultra fine-grained grip, marking the only appearance of tannic presence in the Chacra lineup. With further aeration, it continues to develop additional dimension and an ever-increasing ethereal lift, causing it to slightly surpass the Cincuenta y Cinco bottling. This is a wonderfully executed expression of Patagonian Pinot Noir and serves as a reference point for the region.

-- Tim Atkin: Priced above the other Chacra wines because it comes from a small, two-hectare parcel planted in 1932, this is a correspondingly intense Pinot Noir from Piero Incisa della Rocchetta that marries concentration and complexity with a lightness of touch. Fresh, focused and hauntingly balanced, this has petrichor and sweet spice aromas, raspberry, black cherry and pomegranate fruit, pithy acidity and some age-worthy tannic backbone.
