The NV Brut Nature Rosé Shaman 22 is a blend of seventy-five percent Chardonnay and twenty-four percent Pinot Noir harvested in Ambonnay and Bouzy, based eighty percent on the 2022 vintage. Red Delicious apple flesh and shiny skin fill the nose with mellowness and ripeness. The palate offers smooth ripeness and full, aromatic fruit, showing more cherry than red apple, swishing with fine, creamy foam and supple freshness. This is beautifully ample, utterly harmonious and rounded, accented with a sense of white pepper. Zero dosage. Disgorged: 15 April 2025.
