Der weiße Haut-Brion ist eine absolute Legende, einer der rarsten und gesuchtesten weißen Bordeaux. 58,1 Sauvignon Blanc und 41,9% Semillon. Ausbau in etwa 50% neuen Fässern, Ich verkoste die beiden weißen Top-Weine von La Mission und Haut-Brion im direkten Vergleich und dieser weiße Haut-Brion wirkt reifer, weniger auf der Puristik, sondern insgesamt etwas breitschultriger und konzentrierter als La Mission. In der Nase zarte Exotik von Bananenblatt, Sternfrucht, Aprikose. Lang und komplex mit einem dichten, steinigen Kern, aber nicht ganz an die Finesse des weißen La Mission heranreichend, eher konzentrierter und druckvoller in seiner Art. Große Länge mit messerscharfer Brillanz im Kern.

The medium‑bodied palate vibrates with energetic citrus flavors, featuring a satiny/chalky texture and a racy backbone, finishing with amazing length and depth.

These carry to a medium-bodied white that has a bright, refreshing, racy style and plenty of mid-palate density and depth. It's an ever-so-slightly richer, more concentrated wine than the La Mission Haut-Brion.
