Lobenberg: Clos Du Bourg ist etwas steiniger mit Tuffstein und auch meist der kräftigste Wein bei Huet. Die Aromatik ist anders als beim filigranen Le Haut-Lieu etwas erdiger und dunkler. 1ère Trie ist die erste Auslese der reifen Tauben im Weinberg. Hier hat man schon eine extrem komplexe, würzige Aromatik. Die Nase offenbart Kardamom, orientalische Gewürze, etwas Baklava, Steinobst und Honig. Am Gaumen zieht sich die Aromatik fort. Die feine Säure gibt dem Wein Spiel. Ein exotischer Süßwein mit würzigen Einstreuungen. Alte Weine beweisen heute eindrucksvoll, dass solche Abfüllungen über eine ganze Generationen exzellent reifen können. 95/100
