Enoteca Brut Nature Corpinnat
I tasted two vintages of the Enoteca, the youngest of which was the 2012 Enoteca Brut Nature, which feels very aromatic, expressive and showy, with notes of Moroccan pastille that jumps out of the glass and fine toast, smoke and spice. It's very approachable and ready to drink but with a stony, sharp sensation, with a dry, chalky finish. There is less influence from the lees and autolysis, and there's more finesse; the wine is finer-boned. In the future, there will be separate releases of Enoteca from III Lustros and Celler Batlle, as they now come from different origins. It matured in bottle with lees for no less than 130 months. 1,100 bottles produced.
