Sehr viel Maracuja in der Nase, dazu kandierte Ananas und getrocknete Mango. Schöne Exotik, nicht übermäßig fett. Im Mund kraftvoll mit sehr präsenter Süße. Blütenhonig, Kirschblüte, gedörrte Aprikose, helle Rosine. Saftig, dicht und nicht zu sehr konzentriert. Feine Säurefrische steht dagegen. Gute Brillanz am Ende, schicker Barsac!

Dieser extrem rare Jahrgang 2024 besticht durch seine noble, fast burgundische Leichtigkeit und eine messerscharfe Finesse, die an den legendären 1988er erinnert. UND er begeistert mit sehr geschliffenen Seidentanninen, animierender Frische und einem wunderbar unbeschwerten, sexy Trinkfluss. Perfekt für den frühen Genuss!

In 2024, purity meets concentration in a dazzling duo, and when the two meet in the same glass, the result is nothing short of spellbinding. The unctuous sweetness grazes the tongue and dissolves instantly, turning into a shimmering rivulet that flows like sunlight descending into the ocean, casting golden ripples. Carried by a lively acidity, notes of dried apricot, mandarin marmalade, lemon tart and dried mango blossom... it's like a concert on a summer's night, where the rhythm is lively, the tones vibrant, and each note twirls and flies into the shimmering wine, offering a performance that is both electric and grandiose.,

The 2024 Doisy-Daëne is a little more backward on the nose than expected, with finely delineated peach skin, beeswax and wild honey scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a very peachy opening, then apricot and quince join the chorus line. As usual, the acidic thread keeps this Barsac on its toes and there is real intensity and sustain on the finish that leaves you wanting more. Bravo.
