-- Parker: The medium sweet white 2019 Ekam Essencia has 10.5% alcohol, a pH of 2.82 and 8.5 grams of acidity balanced by 30 grams of residual sugar, so a little in the style of a delicate Riesling Kabinett. It has a tender and gentle mouthfeel and is nicely balanced, delicate and ethereal, like dancing on your tongue. Funnily enough, the nose has a marine/saline twist that I find quite unusual and which gives it a different personality than most sweet wines. It was bottled after 10 months in tank with the lees. 1,500 bottles were filled in July 2020. 93+/100
