-- Parker: The red 2020 ÀN/2 was produced with 60% Callet, 20% Mantonegro and Fogoneu and the rest a mix of other grapes—Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha—trying to keep the character of the local varieties but coming through as quite oaky after one year in 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels of different ages. It's medium-bodied and has 13% alcohol and mellow acidity. It finishes with a spicy and smoky sensation. I'd like it better with less oak. Will it absorb the oak with time in bottle? 26,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2022. 91/100
