Lobenberg: Der neue Stil des B Crux, viel feiner und fruchtbetonter. Schon die Nase verströmt Eleganz pur. Ganz feine, rote Frucht, etwas Erdbeere dahinter. Nicht im Ansatz die extreme Wucht des Blockbusters, sondern Harmonie und Balance. Im Mund rote Kirsche pur, auch etwas Johannisbeere. Im Stil erinnert er an einen feinen, sehr fruchtigen Côte Rôtie mit einem Touch Châteauneuf. Wunderschöne Länge, Harmonie in allen Bereichen. Einer der feinsten Weine Argentiniens. Der Wein kann sicherlich 12 Jahre und mehr überdauern. 93+/100

-- Parker: The 2011 B Crux is produced as a blend of 40% Tempranillo, 40% Malbec, 10% Merlot and 10% Syrah from their estate vineyards in the Uco Valley. It fermented in stainless-steel vats and had malo in barrel where it matured for one year. The blend of grapes seems to have worked quite well, provided depth and complexity with both fruit and structure. The nicely integrated oak provides some spices in the nose and flavors of chocolate-covered cherries. A very pleasant red blend. 40,000 bottles were produced. 91/100
