Lobenberg: Ist das gut! Die Nase hat Fumé-Charakter wie von der Loire. Ein bisschen getrocknete Chilikerne, dann Stachelbeere und etwas Holz. Am Gaumen knochentrocken, ganz leicht phenolisch und damit strukturierend. Die Aromatik ist irgendwo zwischen dezenter Frucht im Hintergrund und weißer Frucht liegend. Also weder Sancerre, noch Neuseeland-Expressionismus. Wunderbar animierend und ein guter Essensbegleiter. 92-93+/100

-- Galloni: The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of the six vineyards on the farm, as much whole bunch as deemed possible, naturally settled overnight (sometimes two) and matured in used oak for eight months. There's about 40m/L free SO2 in the final blend. It has a pure bouquet, no pyrazines here, just dewy Granny Smiths commingling with nettle aromas. The palate has a malic entry, slightly peppery in style, with just the right amount of grip on the finish. It makes an impression but slips down the throat easily. Classy. 91/100
