-- Suckling: A phenomenal white with light smoke and reduction, leading to lemon curd, parsley-sauteed salmon, dried oregano and acacia. Full-bodied and dense, yet refined and linear, this wrings out lemon-infused acidity from a conjuncture of stone fruit and gnocchi-like bulbs of texture. Long and pure on the finish. Drink now. 94/100
