In diesem Wein spiegelt sich die kompromisslose Qualitätsphilosophie von Giuseppe Quintarelli wider. Traditionell und mit äußerster Sorgfalt nach der Ripasso-Methode vinifiziert. Sehr elegant am Gaumen, unglaublicher Körper und extrem lang. Ein dichter Riese. Ganz nah am Amarone! 95+/100

-- Suckling: Half of the fruit is dried for two months, before six years in barrel. This is a sumptuous wine, with the gritty extract conferred by the dried fruit component, albeit, with greater red fruited levity, floral lilt, freshness and drinkability than the Amarone. A tight corset of tannins massages pithy red cherry, lilac, anise and a whiff of balsamic into a meld of graceful poise, effusive energy and joy. The crunchy length, contagious. Drink or hold. 93/100
