-- Parker: Produced mostly with Tempranillo but also some Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo, the 2016 Predicador was selected from over 15-year-old-vines on mostly clay and limestone soils. It fermented in small oak vats without adding yeasts and matured, including malolactic, in French oak barrels for 17 months. 2016 was a cool vintage, and the wines have very good balance. 70,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2018. 93/100
