Albamar O Sebal Albarino
From three vineyards in Rias Baixas but labeled as Galician, the 2024 Albariño O Sebal Vino Branco is named for the seaweed where seahorses lay their eggs. All stainless-steel fermented and aged, it is textured, slatey, and mineral-driven with a purity and intensity completely of the sea, as if you took a sip of clear Atlantic water. It’s truly beautiful, with no sulfites added and left unfiltered. It has the structure to age and should retain that freshness another 6-8 years.
