Lobenberg: Schokolade, schwarze Frucht und Holz. Gummi, Brombeere, Cassis. Intensiver Druck in der Nase. Im Mund dann durchaus auch Harmonie zeigend. Runde Frucht, Schmelz und Süße, durchaus auch Größe. Moderner feiner und sehr guter, mehr als anständiger Pomerol. 93-94+/100

-- Galloni: The 2012 Feytit-Clinet is one of the more massive, structured Pomerols of the year. Inky dark fruit, crème de cassis, violets, mint, sage, chocolate, lavender, smoke and tobacco fill out the wine's ample, large-scaled frame with aplomb. There is no shortage of power or intensity. The only question is how long the tannins will need to soften. Today, the Feytit-Clinet is a bruiser. But that doesn't stop it from being both compelling and drop-dead gorgeous. I have been deeply impressed with what I have tasted from proprietor Jérémy Chasseuil over the last few years. 94/100

-- Tim Atkin: I tasted this wine twice during en primeur week and it impressed on both occasions as one of the top Pomerols of the vintage. It’s very perfumed, with aromas of green pepper and spice, followed by black fruits, attractive mocha-like oak and fine-grained tannins on the palate. A beautifully balanced red.94/100

-- Parker: Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, which gives the wine a sexy, up-front, well-integrated wood component to accompany its black raspberry, black currant and flowery notes. The wine possesses remarkable intensity, a full-bodied richness and terrific purity. It appears to be one of the superstars of the vintage. Drink it over the next 10-15 years.93-95/100

-- Neal Martin: Jeremy Chasseuil is one of the appellations lesser known stars who is really taking this cru to a higher level. I love the nose on the Feytit-Clinet 2012 – such purity and expressive with subtle sea foam notes that gently waft from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, supple tannins. There is great tension here – a sleek, stylish Pomerol that is perhaps a little more modern than previous vintages, but it will be great wine that will give great pleasure.91-93/100
