Cava Clos Nostre Senyor Gran Reserva Premium Brut Nature
The 2018 Clos Nostre Senyor Gran Reserva Brut Nature shows superbly, perfumed, nuanced and subtle. It was produced with a blend of Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada, from their own organic vineyards in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The base wine fermented and matured in barrel for 10 months and was then put to referment in bottle, where it matured with the lees for no less than 72 months (all the back labels carry the disgorgement date and number of bottles). This is complex and elegant, precise and fresh, with a mellow palate that is textured by the small bubbles. It has integrated acidity, a dry finish and superb, tasty flavors. 4,858 bottles produced. It was disgorged in September 2025.
