Lobenberg: Der Wein wächst auf ca. 550m in Süd-Ost Ausrichtung auf Kreide-Ton-Böden. Komplette Handlese. Klassische Rotweinbereitung mit langer Mazeration auf der Schale. Ausbau für 30 Monate in französischer und slowenischer Eiche. Danach weitere 36 Monate Flaschenreifung. Traumhaftes Rubinrot im Glas. Die Nase ist geprägt von voller Kirsche und roten Beeren. Dazu kommen Tabak und balsamische Noten. Alles fein unterlegt von Kräutern. Schon hier enorm komplex. Im Mund eröffnet er seine ganze Eleganz. Wieder Kirsche, aber auch Pflaume und eingekochte Erdbeeren. Von hinten drücken Lakritz und Pfefferaromen. Sehr vollmundig und intensiv. Ein fantastischer Taurasi. 95-96/100
