Lobenberg: Organic farming. Handlese, 4 Wochen Kaltmazeration, 20% Ganztraubenpresse, Spontanvergärung, nur zu 20% neue Holzfässer von 3000 Litern, ohne Filtration gefüllt . Das ganze Programm der heutigen guten Biowinzer. Sehr feine Sauerkirsch-Minze Nase, etwas erdig und fleischig dahinter, geröstetes Fleisch, Holunder, drücken konzentrierte schwarze Beeren, alles aber in Summe sehr burgundisch fein bleibend. Der Mund verblüffend zart und fein, zwar dunkle Beeren aber auch feminin blumige Noten mit feiner Würze, tänzelnd, ein kleiner Hauch wohltuende Bitterkeit über roter Grapefruit und zartem Cassis mit Milchschokolade. Oh wie schön! 94+/100

-- Suckling: Spice box, blueberry compote and blackberry puree. Hot stones, vanilla, sweet meats and incense follow and spring out of the glass. The palate is very supple, all thanks to the juicy tannins. And the tangy acidity lifts the blue fruit to a long, chewy finish. Drink in 2020. 94/100

Parker über: Syrah Mullineux

-- Parker: The 2015 Syrah includes two additional vineyards on granite soils after the 2015, whilst the whole bunch component is back up to 60%. It has a clean and precise bouquet with floral-tinged red berry fruit (red cherry and wild strawberry), nicely focused and developing more intensity with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with crisp acidity, fine structure, much more detail than the 2014 and I think that is down to the higher whole bunch proportion, the sense of energy flowing through on the long finish. Compared to the 2014 Syrah, I much prefer this: more freshness and complexity. 93/100
