Lobenberg: Der Ame Soeur ist die fast gleichwertige Cote-Rotie-Alternative vom anderen Rhoneufer. Noch keine eigene Appellation, das kommt aber bald. Der zum Teil im neuen Barrique ausgebaute Wein strotzt vor fast fetter Frucht, Brombeere, Schwarzkirsche, Kaffee, Tabak und dunkle Erde. Trotz des Fetts verspielt und fast blumig, in seiner etwas wilden Art an das spanische Priorat erinnernd. Das ist fast großes Kino! 94/100

-- Galloni: Bright purple. Powerful, mineral-driven aromas of blackberry liqueur, succulent flowers and smoky minerals slowly take on hints of mocha and smoky bacon with air. Sappy and expansive on the palate, offering ripe, penetrating dark berry and floral pastille flavors and a touch of spicecake. Closes on a suave floral pastille note, showing strong energy, sneaky tannins and resonating spice and mineral notes. 93-94/100
