-- Parker zu 2020: The 2020 Palpite Reserva is a blend of 27% Alicante Bouschet, 25% Aragonez and roughly equal amounts of Alfrocheiro, Trincadeira and Castelão for the rest, all aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak. It comes in at 14.4% alcohol. Gorgeous, this is velvety, chock-full of fruit and rather sexy overall while keeping its balance. This is more of a traditional Alentejo red, although relatively restrained. Multilayered and long on the finish, this has the structure to age too. I'd bet it will hold for two decades. 94/100
