Heiner Lobenberg über:
Ermitage L'Ermite Blanc 2019

Lobenberg: Ein sehr mineral-betonter Hermitage, der klare-steinige Aromen, Tiefe und Struktur aufweist und dabei immer noch mit ungeheurer Frische überrascht. 97/100

Jeb Dunnuck über: Ermitage L'Ermite Blanc

-- Jeb Dunnuck: The 2019 Ermitage L’Ermite Blanc comes all from the l'Hermite lieu-dit located up above the Le Méal and around the Chapelle, which is a mix of granite and limestone soils. This cuvée sees a touch more new oak and is brought up 90% in 25% new demi-muids and 10% in stainless steel tanks. It's a more chiseled, backward (which is usual) wine that has intense white currants and stone fruits as well as brilliant honeysuckle, licorice, and celery seed nuances, with a liqueur of rocks-like minerality. With flawless balance, full-bodied richness, and a powerful, concentrated, structured style on the palate, hide bottles for 8-10 years, count yourself lucky, and enjoy over the following 30 years. 100/100

Parker zu 2018 über: Ermitage L'Ermite Blanc

-- Parker zu 2018: Chapoutier's colossal 2018 Ermitage l'Ermite Blanc is a candidate for a perfect score, marrying crisp, stony, structural elements with an off-the-charts level of pineapple, citrus and melon fruit. Full-bodied yet fresh, round yet focused, it's a somehow harmonious expression of several seeming contradictions and should amaze drinkers for decades to come. 98-100/100

Decanter über: Ermitage L'Ermite Blanc

-- Decanter: Very opulent for L’Ermite with a lower acidity than normal. The granitic freshness really helps in this vintage and you can somehow smell the saltiness. Intense petrichor, it's floral but with pear and a touch of quince. There is salt spray freshness in the place of acidity and a great mineral, fresh drive underneath. 90% aged in demi-muids, 10% in stainless steel. 97/100

Das größte bisheriges Wagnis war die komplette Umstellung der Produktion der Einzellagen auf biodynamischen Weinanbau. Hier wacht...
