Lobenberg: Dunkles Rubinrot mit schwarzen Reflexen. Schon in der Nase trotz hoher Mineralität deutlich femininer und zugänglicher als der Cornas. Kirsche, Himbeere und leichte erdige Würze und steinige Mineralität. Im Mund viel mehr Charme als der Cornas, wieder Kirsche, auch etwas Erdbeere, feine Bitterstoffe, traumhafte Länge. Es bleibt die Power eines Cornas, aber in der Zugänglichkeit kommt eher etwas wie Saint Joseph durch. Feine, charmante Süße. Schicker Wein. Macht viel Spaß. 93-95/100

-- Jeb Dunnuck: The 2015 Cornas Renaissance is sensational, and in the same league as the 2010, although it's made in much more forward, sexy and seamless style. While from the younger vines of the estate, we're still talking about 40- to 50-year-old vines, primarily in the Les Sabarotte and Geynale lieux-dits, made in the exact same way as the grand vin. Offering full-bodied richness, moderate acidity, and incredibly polished tannin, it's as drinkable as it gets, yet has plenty of muscle and fat. Huge notes of black cherries, blueberries, scorched earth, pepper, and game literally soar from the glass of this opaque purple/ruby colored gem that can be enjoyed anytime over the coming 20 years or more. 96/100

-- Winespectator: This has a terrific core of raspberry, plum and boysenberry fruit that is vivid and pure, streaked with savory, rosemary, olive and bay leaf notes. A brisk iron accent pierces the finish, adding freshness and drive. Best from 2020 through 2035. 94/100

-- Parker: The two Cornas releases in 2015 are head-turners that warrant serious attention. The 2015 Cornas Renaissance comes from the younger vines of the estate and terroirs closer to the village. I was able to taste the different components, all of which were loaded with fruit as well as classic Cornas notes of black olives, violets and pepper. 92-94/100
