-- Decanter: Les Demoiselles is next to the main block of Chevalier, above both Montrachet and the lieu-dit Le Cailleret, and the Jadot holding is 0.51ha. The fruit is gently pressed, then fermented and aged in cask to produce this superb white, with aromas that vary from ripe apple and citrus fruit to flinty minerality, plus a touch of well-integrated, buttery, oak spice. There is firm but not shrill acidity and enough extract to bring everything into balance. 95/100
