Lobenberg: Blasses Gelb. Die Sauvignon dominiert die Nase total, sehr frisch, ein Hauch Grasigkeit, Neuseeländische Stachelbeere, dann aber auch mit Birne und steiniger Mineralität eine Assoziation an die Loire. Sehr hohe Intensität im Mund. Wieder grasig und stachelbeerig, Neuseeland, sehr frisch und lang, überaus intensiv, die frische Frucht und lebendige Säure schiebt das neue Holz zur Zeit noch vollständig beiseite, sehr lang. Sehr crispy, die Knackigkeit ist doch ungewöhnlich, kommt da dann noch mehr Fett? Ein echter Purist. 96-100/100

Rich citrus and lemongrass, with balance and a great shot of acidity across the bows. Lovely grip, has really held its character and this is a perfect moment to drink. 100% new oak. 27hl/h yield. Densely packed and youthful but already shows a silky texture and considerable early appeal owing to its sexy sweetness of fruit. Subtle notes of smoke, herbs, spices and flowers carry through onto the rising, palate-dusting finish. A superb white wine from this estate. 94/100

-- Int.Wine Chall.: Lemon-yellow color. Sexy aromas of pineapple, lemon and minerals, along with a resiny honeyed suggestion. Very rich and fat, with a slight youthful aggressiveness to the expansive flavors of mirabelle and honey. Impressively full wine, finishing with a slightly phenolic character and a flavor of ripe pineapple. For all its power, this also displays an elegant side. 90-93/100
