Lobenberg: Das Prachtstück von Patrick Piuze, ein wahrer Aristrokrat aus der Lage 'Preuses'. Uralte Reben veredeln den Chardonnay. Nüsse, zartes Holz, geschmeidig wie Honig am Gaumen. Anis, Kräuter, Weihrauch, Karamell und Zitronengras. Wuchtig und doch verspielt, immens lang, er hallt über zwei Minuten nach. Blind in seiner Komplexität ein Grand Cru von Dauvissat, einer der großen Weine des Chablis und ein Langstreckenläufer mit wundervoller Finesse und beeindruckender Größe. 98-99/100

-- Tim Atkin: -- Atkin: Like many of the 2015 Chablis releases, this is plumper and softer than the 2014, which will age better in bottle. But this is still a very attractive expression of the Grand Cru, with leesy, mealy, umami notes, subtle oak and some honeyed sweetness. Best drunk young. 94/100

-- Galloni: --Galloni: Wonderfully complex aromas of orchard fruits, baking spices and toasted bread. Drier and juicier than the Valmur, showing a more stony middle palate, but at the same time quite silky and suave, boasting lovely mid-palate energy and floral lift. This very concentrated wine quickly tightened up in the glass, showing strong menthol minerality. Finishes with a penetrating citrus character and the structure to support a graceful evolution in bottle. Like the Valmur, this wine needs time to show itself, although Piuze noted that he'd probably start drinking this before the Valmur. 94/100
