Lobenberg: Der Topwein von La Chablisienne aus alten Reben. Grenouilles ist ein Grand Cru, den sich 7 Besitzer Teilen. 9,4 Hektar. La Chablisienne hat rund 80% Anteil davon. 2003 wurde das Château dazu erworben, seitdem der Zusatz. Sehr geradlinig, gut strukturiert. Diese gnadenlose gute Säure ist hier ausschlaggebend. Chablis in Reinform. Sehr dicht, mineralisch und auch floral. Nüsse und zartes Holz. Ein druckvoller Wein voller Finesse, gewinnt stark nach einigen Jahren der Flaschenreifung, wie ein 1996er Grand Cru auf meiner Verkostung im Jahr 2017 eindrucksvoll zeigte. 96/100

-- Parker: The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Chateau Grenouilles comes courtesy of 40-year-old vines and spent 20 months on the fine lees in stainless steel and oak barrels. It has a clean and fresh bouquet, with scents of grilled walnut and orange rind on the nose, the minerals tucked in just behind. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, sophisticated and precise as it fans out toward the finish. This is a very finely made Chateau Grenouilles from La Chablisienne and is equal to the 2014 when it was tasted last year. 92/100

-- Burghound: Moderate wood sets off the super fresh, cool and admirably pure aromas of citrus, floral, sea breeze and mineral reduction scents. Like several wines in the range I very much like the lovely texture of the energetic medium weight flavors that also possess fine concentration if not the same degree of minerality on the lingering finish where a hint of bitter lemon appears. This will need a few years of bottle age such that the wood treatment can more completely integrate. 91-93/100
