Lobenberg: Der Alkoholgehalt in 2015 liegt bei bescheidenen 14 Volumenprozent. Im Durchschnitt wurden fünf bis zehn Prozent Ganztrauben mitvergoren, um Frische zu bewahren und den Alkohol tief zu halten. Montefico ist eine sehr warme Amphitheater-Lage, nach Süden Richtung Neive exponiert. Sie wird durch einen Berg vom Fluss Tanaro geschützt. Der 2015er hat eine sehr reiche, dichte Nase, rote Dropsigkeit. Viel Wucht und Druck. Reicher, warmer, dichter Mund. Die Augen ziehen sich zusammen, werden schmal, so viel Power ist dahinter. Extrem floral. Veilchen und Rosenblätter bis zum Abwinken. Süße Lakritze dahinter und ein immenser Terroir-Salz-Lakritz-Nachhall. Der hört gar nicht mehr auf. Hohe Intensität. Grandioser Stoff für ein langes Leben. 98-100/100
