Lobenberg: Der Blanc de Blancs-Vintage stammt aus der Lage »La Côte« in Avize. Etwa 15 Prozent der Grundweine wird im Holz ausgebaut, der Rest liegt im Stahl. Es gibt beim Blanc de Blancs keine Malo. Cremig-dichter Mund mit feiner Rauchnote, dann Zitrus, Akazienblüte, Granny Smith. Die Textur, anschmiegsam und ausgewogen, trotz ausgebliebener Malo ist der Champagner rund und harmonisch abgestimmt. Leichte Salzigkeit im Ausklang. Ein Blanc de Blancs wie gemalt, Feinschliff und Eleganz. Roederer lässt bei seinen Vintage-Qualitäten nichts anbrennen, immer eine Bank. 95+/100
