Lobenberg: Der Teroldego 'Granato' ist ein großer Individualist aus biodynamischer Erzeugung. Ein sehr konzentrierter Wein, erdig, würzig mit ultrasatter Frucht, Zwetschge, Schwarzkirsche, Blaubeere und etwas Sauerkirsche, alles unterlegt mit einem kleinen Hauch Goudron und provencalischen Kräutern. Der Wein ist sehr warmblütig und samtig und trotz der Dichte immer weich und harmonisch, Aromen von Cassis und Brombeeren hallen nach und eine wunderbar samtig-weiche Fülle kleidet den Gaumen aus. 96+/100

-- Galloni: The 2010 Granato bursts from the glass with expressive red fruit and bright, floral-inflected aromatics, all supported by the silkiest of tannins. Sweet, perfumed and impeccable, the 2010 impresses for its balance and structure. Still a bit clenched, the 2010 will surely benefit from another 2-3 years in bottle, but it is already virtually impossible to resist. Elisabetta Foradori aged the 2010 in roughly 2/3rds cask and 1/3rd neutral French oak barrels. Styliscially, the 2010 represents another move in the direction of finesse. It is a remarkable wine in every way. 94+/100

-- Parker: Still young and tightly wound, the 2010 Teroldego Granato shows just a sliver of the complexity and intensity that makes this such a celebrated expression of Trentino’s most important indigenous red grape. There’s a great sense of balance here on the bouquet with blackberry, raw spice and plum. But the high, biting acidity remains out of place given the young age of this wine. I’d suggest giving it a few more years to integrate before popping the cork. 90/100
