Lobenberg: Viele Erzeuger wären stolz, einen Vintage in dieser Qualität erzeugen zu können. Konzentrierte Nase, am Gaumen reif und sehr strukturiert, viel Frucht, langes, konzentriertes Finish. 92+/100

Suckling über: Late Bottled Vintage Port Quinta do Vale Dona Maria

-- Suckling: This is a serious LBV that won’t disappoint. Deep blackberries, dates, graphite, mussels, cocoa powder and new leather. Ripe and concentrated but still fresh despite its sweetness. Rich and very smooth, with silky tannins gliding through the full-bodied palate, leaving a rich, velvety finish. This should improve with some aging. Drink or hold.

Verkostungsnotiz

Weingut über: Late Bottled Vintage Port Quinta do Vale Dona Maria

-- Weingut: It is a wine of dark and intense color, composed of layers of aromas with notes of ripe black fruit, such as plum and blackberry, and hints of wood. On the palate, it is elegant, velvety, persistent, and very well-balanced with a long finish. Ideal for pairing with chocolate and desserts or intense-flavored game dishes such as foie gras.
