Lobenberg: Sensationeller Schmelz in Tateinheit mit Birne und weißem Pfirsich, alles unterlegt von Orangenzesten und pinker Grapefruit, Jasmin, Kalkstein, salzige Note. Nicht exotisch sondern immer klar und europäisch, ein Weißburgunder mit einem Geradeauslauf wie ein feiner Chardonnay aus dem Burgund. 92/100

-- Parker: Sourced from different slate vineyards along the Mosel, the 2015 Pinot Blanc Einstern * is a new wine in the huge MM portfolio. It opens very clear, fresh and stony, with bright and well defined fruit aromas on the nose. Full-bodied, intense and rich on the palate, this is a more round, creamy textured and yeasty flavored Pinot that needs more bottle aging to gain more transparency. The finish is long, really complex and shows remarkable concentration and structure. This wine shouldn't be served before 2020. It still tastes a bit sweet and rich if you don't match it with lobster. 91+/100
