-- Parker: The 2018 Indiot is a collaboration between Juan Luis Pérez de Eulate from Vinoteca Balear and 4 Kilos. It's a blend of 90% Callet and 10% Mantonegro fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts at no more than 25 degrees Celsius, and it matured in a combination of stainless steel and 3,000-liter oak vats for 12 months. It's very floral and aromatic with tons of aromas of Mediterranean herbs, very expressive. They looked for that character here, combining the more floral side of the soils with more clay and the serious, textured palate from the limestone call vermell soils. Approachable at the same time as serious and quite complete, it's a better vintage than 2017. 2,000 bottles were produced. 93/100
