-- Falstaff: Lachsrosa in der Farbe. Im Duft findet man neben einem Anflug tertiärer Noten auch das Aroma von geriebenem Apfel, Malve und Hagebutte. Im Mund fließt der Wein rund und dezent, getragen von zarter Phenolik und einem ultrafeinen Mousseux. Die Säure trägt, ohne isoliert zu stehen. Ein herrlicher Aperitif!

Parker über: Rosé Prestige Extra Brut

-- Parker: Disgorged in June 2025 after 47 months on the bottle lees, the late-disgorged 2020 Rosé Extra Brut from the Prestige series is a pure Pinot Noir with delicate red fruit aromas, brioche and saline notes on the nose. On the palate, this is a round, slightly sweet and fruity rosé that was dosed with two grams per liter. This gives a charming, mouth-filling and generous yet elegant rosé with a saline finish and good structure and length. 12% stated alcohol. Tasted in October 2025.

-- Suckling: At once juicy, animating and round, this is a delightful and characterful sparkling rosé with plenty of berry aromas, some leesy complexity and a touch of candied oranges on the medium-bodied palate. Very refreshing finish. Drink now.
