This racy, vibrant white offers a light gold hue as well as mineral-laced notes of crushed citrus, dried pineapple, white flowers, and a salty, rocky, mineral-like character that shows on both the nose and palate. With beautiful richness, a balanced, elegant texture, and bright acidity, this killer Collioure Blanc will keep for 7-8 years or more, although there's no need to delay gratification. 95/100
