Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2013
/100
Lobenberg: Nur 4 Barriques. Wow! 97-98+/100

Galloni über: Clos Vougeot Grand Cru
-- Galloni: (Bernstein described his parcel as 'at middle altitude on the south side of the Clos'): Healthy dark red. Suave, perfumed aromas of black cherry, licorice, wild herbs and violet. Lovely cut and intensity to the juicy flavors of boysenberry, violet and spices. A step up in tension from the Charmes-Chambertin; in fact, this is youthfully imploded in a way that reminded me of a 2010. This wonderfully precise Clos Vougeot fills the mouth with perfume and spreads out horizontally to dust the palate on the long aftertaste. There's nothing soft about this beauty but nothing hard either. A spectacular young Clos Vougeot. - Stephen Tanzer 95/100

Jancis Robinson über: Clos Vougeot Grand Cru
-- Jancis Robinson: -- Robinson: Tasted blind. NHB (naughty heavy bottle). Deep crimson. Admirable freshness on the nose. Really racy style with massive energy apparent in the wine. Lightly sandpapery tannins. Really very fine. Edgy. Whole bunchy!

BH über: Clos Vougeot Grand Cru
-- BH: The unobtrusive wood treatment serves as a backdrop for the ripe and fresh aromas of dark berries, plum, violet and sandalwood. The unusually supple mid-palate of the middle weight plus flavors is deceptive as the austere and beautifully complex finish immediately tightens up while displaying the typical youthful austerity of a young Clos de Vougeot. This should be approachable after only a few years if desired. 91-94/100
