Lobenberg: Ein ungeschwefelter Naturwein aus der mallorquinisch autochthonen Weißwein-Rebsorte Prensal. Bio zertifiziert, Ausbau in Amphoren nach Vergärung auf nur einem kleinen Teil der Schalen und einer Maischestandzeit, also leicht rosefarben. Die Nase kommt mit leichtem Birnentouch und etwas roter Johannisbeere und Quitte. Der Mund ist nussig, steinig, Quitte und saure Drops, leichte Krautwürze, Waldmeister, Melisse, Salbei. Witzig und eigen, unique. Mehr ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal und spannend denn wirklich groß, ein witziger Wein für Freaks.

Parker zu 2021 über: Motor Blanc

-- Parker zu 2021: The only white they produce is the 2021 Motor Blanc, from the R&D Motor line. It's a blend of local grapes, Premsal and Malvasía de Banyalbufar, with three different vinifications (carbonic, skin contact and tinaja) but bottled unoaked, unfiltered, unfined and without any added sulfur. It has 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.6. It's cloudy and characterful, with notes of herbs, nettle, white flowers and spices and a core of white fruit, dry and with a chalky and tasty finish. A fresh Mediterranean white. 3,600 bottles were filled in March 2022.

Im August 2006 gründeten Francesc Grimalt und Sergio Caballero das Weingut 4kilos auf Mallorca. Von Anfang an wollten sie Weine produzieren, die die Kraft der Traube, aber auch ihre Nuancen reflektieren, aber mit einem anderen Ansatz und anderer Präsentation.
