Lobenberg: Bramito bezeichnet den Brunftschrei des Hirschen. Das hier ist der kleine Bruder des Cervaro della Sala, der meiner Auffassung nach diesem zwar etwas nachsteht, dafür aber zum Glück klar günstiger ist. Reiner Chardonnay von Rebanlagen auf 200-400m über Normalnull. Ausbau in gebrauchten Barriques, weshalb er mit seiner Cremigkeit und leichten Rauchnote sehr gut zum Kalb und allgemein sahnehaltigen Gerichten geht. Pasta, Fisch, Gemüse, alles passt hervorragend. Schöne zart-goldene Farbe im Glas. Conference Birne, Boskoop-Apfel, Mandarine, Salzzitrone, reife Nektarine und etwas Mandeln. Zarte Lindenblüten- und Sanddorn Aromen mit einem Hauch Kamille schwingen mit. Im Mund ist das ein cremiger und zugleich feiner, erfrischender Chardonnay mit animierender Salzigkeit. Die kalkhaltige Mineralität geht in gelbe Frucht über. Die wahre Freude in wundervoller Harmonie. Everbody's darling auf der Dinner Party. 93/100

Galloni über: Chardonnay Bramito

-- Galloni: The 2023 Bramìto della Sala is youthfully coy in the glass, opening with fleeting aromas of raw almond, white flowers, vanilla bean and spice. This is far more enticing on the palate, silken and round, with a core of zesty acidity to contrast. Ripe orchard fruits and minty herbal tones swirl throughout. Crunchy mineral tones and sour citrus define the finish. The 2023 tapers off long and mouth-watering, leaving a resonance of lemon custard to linger. Aromatically, the 2023 still needs time to develop, but with such a wonderful balance within, it will be time well spent.
