Lobenberg: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Direktpressung, also ohne Schalenkontakt. Vergoren im Barrigue, davon ein Viertel neue Barriques. Sehr blass. Hocharomatisch im Duft. In diesem Jahr extrem an die Loire-Weine, speziell Daguenaus Silex erinnernd, fast Feuersteincharakter. Leichte Grasigkeit, hochduftig, aromatisch. Schöne Fülle ausstrahlend, dennoch frisch. Der Wein wurde am 15. Sept. gelesen. Er hat enorme Rasse. Die Säure ist fantastisch. Alles lebt, alles springt. Ein hochinteressanter Sauvignon Blanc, gehört zum besten an Sauvignon Blanc, was es zur Zeit gibt. Toller Wein, tolles Erlebnis. Leider sehr teuer. 96-97+/100
