Lobenberg: Die Riserva bleibt nach der Gärung für 18 Monate im großen Holzfass. Strahlendes mittleres goldgelb im Glas. Die Nase ist so charmant, verlockend und reichhaltig! Saftige gelbe Birnen, getoastetes Brioche, reife Aprikose und Aprikosentarte, Honig, ein Hauch weißer Pfeffer und duftige weiße Blüten. Reichhaltig, aber zugleich auch ultra-elegant. Im Mund ein cremiger Genuss. Dezente Vanille- und Holznoten, auch weißer Pfeffer, Nougat und etwas frischer Ingwer legen sich auf die Zunge. Die feine Haptik von der längeren Maischestandzeit und die erfrischende, knackige Säure sind genial. So schön vollmundig, aber ohne schwer zu sein. Das ist ein Traum der Balance, der Coulée de Serrant Italiens, Trebbiano von einem anderen Stern! Ein super vielfältiger, echt total schicker Wein. 94/100
