Lobenberg: Was soll ich sagen? Verblüffung! Ein Roséchampagner mit nur 10% Pinot-Noir-Anteil. Gimonnet liegt an der Cote de Blancs, den Pinot Noir bekommen sie aus Bouzy Grand Cru. Generell sind hier sehr viele Grand Cru-Weinberge enthalten. Reicht die Bezeichnung ultrazart? Walderdbeere und Waldhimbeere in ihrer süßlich-zarten Verspieltheit in der Nase, ein Hauch Zwetschge und Darjeeling-Tee. Im Mund gewinnt die Zwetschge Oberhand, aber auch feine Birne zieht sich in den sahnig-cremigen Mund. Bei Clouet gibts Intensität und Druck, vielleicht mehr Eindruck und Imposanz fürs Geld, hier gibts nur hedonistische Verträumtheit, anderer Charakter aber gleicher Level. Eigentlich ist das ein rosegefärbter Blanc de Blancs Champagner mit dieser Eleganz. 93-94+/100
