Lobenberg: Der Fuoripista ist 100% Pinot Grigio. Auf der Schale mazeriert, was Farbe und Phenole hervorbringt. In der Nase getrocknete Rosenblüten, Cranberry, Minze und wilde Blumen. Im Mund mit feiner Textur, schon poliert. Und im Gegensatz zu vielen leichttrinkigen Weißen Italienern hat dieser auch eine sehr gute Struktur und Dichte und sogar eine virile Säure. Nicht vergleichbar. Grauburgunder kann eben doch auch gut sein. Sogar sehr gut. 94-95/100

-- Parker: The Foradori 2018 Pinot Grigio Fuoripista shows a reddish copper color with amber highlights. The wine is closed in a fun orange wax seal capsule. This Ramato-styled Pinot Grigio (the wine's color is the result of extended skin contact during fermentation) opens to aromas of dried peach, nectarine and orange. There is an almost sweet note of candied cherry or almond marzipan that lifts with bright intensity from the bouquet. I'm also reminded of floral notes, especially wild rose or fragrant rosa rugosa. This Pinot Grigio shows enough structure to pair with vegetable tempura or fried pork, especially when the bottle ages a couple of more years. 94+/100

-- Suckling: A subtle yet complex red with blackberry, blueberry, mineral and black-tea aromas and flavors. It’s full-bodied, yet very polished and refined. Lightly chewy and very focused. All in balance. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drinkable now, but better in 2023.
