The grapes for the 2021 Juan Bello were harvested even earlier than those for the 2022 that I tasted next to it, and the wine is sharper and more stony, mineral and sapid, all muscle and blood with no fat. It was made with a blend of the white grapes, Listán Blanco, Malvasía and Diego, reflecting the Lanzarote character with the ashy and multilayered personality. 96/100
